General Pricing Guidlines

Every project I take on is custom—no two clients, locations, or creative needs are exactly the same. The pricing information on this page is designed to give you a realistic starting point for budgeting and planning. Final quotes are provided after a short video consultation, where we’ll discuss your vision, location, timeline, deliverables, and any additional services or production needs.

I regularly work in three primary markets: Greater Los Angeles, South Florida, and the Greater Pittsburgh area. I consider all of these regions my local service areas, which means I do not charge travel fees for sessions or productions in these locations. My goal is to make high-quality photography and cinematography accessible without clients feeling like they are paying extra just because I operate in multiple cities.

These pricing guidelines reflect base rates only. Session length, additional outfit changes, travel outside of these primary regions, specialized equipment, production support, or expanded deliverables may affect the final cost. During your consultation, I’ll provide a tailored estimate and help you determine what best fits your goals and budget.

People (Portraiture)

This category includes all forms of portrait photography — such as senior portraits, corporate and executive headshots, model and actor portfolios, engagement (non-wedding), personal branding, and lifestyle sessions. Regardless of the type of portrait, each session is approached with the same level of care and personalization.

Every portrait booking begins with a one-on-one consultation, either in person or by video. This allows us to get to know each other, discuss your goals, style, and comfort level, and ensure that what we create together feels natural, authentic, and true to who you are.

Portrait sessions include up to two wardrobe changes and approximately two hours of shooting time, along with basic retouching on your selected final images. After the session, you’ll receive access to a private online proofing gallery where you can review your images and choose your favorites for printing and digital delivery.

The base session includes a standard print package (adjusted slightly depending on the type of portrait session) as well as web- and social media–ready digital files of your selected images. Full-resolution digital files suitable for professional printing are available as an optional upgrade or may be purchased per image or as part of a collection after the session.

Commercial

Commercial photography includes visual content created for businesses, brands, entrepreneurs, agencies, and creators who need images for marketing, advertising, websites, packaging, editorial features, e-commerce, or promotional campaigns. This category covers brand and lifestyle imagery, product photography, corporate marketing content, editorial features, promotional portraits, and other business-focused visual needs.

All commercial projects begin with a strategy consultation to understand your brand, target audience, creative direction, usage requirements, and deliverable needs. During this meeting, we’ll discuss mood, messaging, styling, location logistics, timeline, and any unique production considerations to ensure that the final imagery supports your business goals.

Commercial sessions are priced based on project scope, intended usage, time on set, number of products or subjects, and production needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all package. While every project is customized, most commercial photo sessions are structured around half-day or full-day rates and include basic editing or retouching of selected final images.

Clients receive a proofing gallery and may select final images for web- and digital-use licensing. Licensing for print campaigns, advertising, packaging, large-scale commercial distribution, or extended usage can be added as needed. Product styling, prop sourcing, additional crew, models, hair and makeup, or location rentals can be arranged upon request and quoted separately.

Commercial Photography — Starting at $1,200 (Half-Day)

Commercial projects are based on scope, usage, and production needs rather than a flat session fee.

Typical Starting Structure:

  • Half-Day (up to 4 hours) — Starting at $1,200

  • Full-Day (up to 8 hours) — Starting at $2,000

Includes:

  • Pre-production planning & creative consultation

  • Photography for brand, product, lifestyle, corporate, or editorial needs

  • Basic post-processing / light retouching

  • Web-ready images with standard commercial usage license

Extended usage licensing, product styling, models, advanced retouching, or additional crew are quoted based on project requirements.

Motion

The Motion category includes video-based services such as brand story films, commercial spots, promotional content, interviews, social media video campaigns, motion graphics, and live-streamed events. Whether the goal is to showcase a product, tell a story, highlight a person or brand, or create dynamic content for web or social platforms, each project is designed with narrative, purpose, and visual clarity in mind.

Every motion project begins with a creative planning meeting to discuss your goals, messaging, audience, distribution platform, and visual style. We’ll also determine timeline, location requirements, script or interview structure, and any production elements such as lighting, audio, crew, or additional equipment.

Because video production varies widely in scale—from single-camera interviews to multi-location brand films—pricing is based on half-day and full-day production rates, with post-production, editing, sound design, motion graphics, and delivery formats quoted according to project scope. Custom quotes are provided after consultation.

Clients receive their final films in formats optimized for digital use (web, presentation, or social media). Broadcast-ready or high-resolution master files, extended licensing, captioning, or alternate format exports can be added depending on distribution needs.

Cinematography & Video Production — Starting at $2,000 (Half-Day)

Base Production Rates:

  • Half-Day Video Production — Starting at $2,000

  • Full-Day Production — Starting at $3,500–$4,000

Includes:

  • Creative development and pre-production planning

  • Single or multi-camera production setup

  • Professional audio and lighting setup (as needed)

  • Basic editing + delivery of web/social formatted video file(s)

Motion graphics, multi-location shoots, scriptwriting, multi-camera crews, voiceover, sound design, or broadcast mastering are available upon request and quoted during consultation.

Schedule a Video Chat

Because every session is customized — and I work across multiple regions — I don’t offer instant booking for photo or video shoots. While the base rates listed on this page are helpful starting points, they are not final quotes. Each project varies depending on location, scope, time, preparation, and deliverables. To ensure you receive an accurate estimate and a tailored plan that fits your needs, all bookings begin with a brief video consultation. During this call, we’ll discuss your goals, logistics, and next steps.
